Custompatches.uk is an online store exclusively engaged in tailor-made Custom Patches from keychain patches, military insignia, morale badges, cap patches, as well as muc,h much more. We have complete design assistance, complete customer service, and end-to-end cargo across the UK.

Who can use the website?

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise capable of creating legally binding contracts in case of placing an order from us. Any designs submitted to us with regard to custom orders will remain your intellectual property. You, however, give us approval to use your designs for the production process only on a limited, non-exclusive basis. We don't claim ownership of your designs unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing.

Order Placing & Approval

Whether you are placing an order on our website through email chat or any other way, every order placement follows a structured process:

Design Brief: You provide your artwork or concept.
Quote & Approval: We post a detailed price quotation and timeline confirmation.
Digital Proof: We create a visual mockup of your design for your review and approval.
Production: Manufacturing commences only after final design confirmation and payment. Your order will be confirmed and accepted only when we have received the order with your final design approval and complete payment. In any case, we reserve the right to refuse any project that falls outside of the purview of intellectual property laws, advocates hate speech, or is inconsistent with the values of our company.

Price Tags

All prices listed on this website are given in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms:

All charges are to be paid in full before production commencement.
Debit/credit card, direct bank transfers, and other approved methods shall make payments.
Once payment has been completed, an invoice and expected delivery date shall be sent to you.
We use secure, encrypted third-party programs for all transactions and do not store your card details.

Production Schedule and shipment

Once the design has been approved, typical production timelines range from 7 to 14 business days, but they can take longer depending on design complexity and/or the number of patches ordered.

We ship across the UK using reputable couriers, whose shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed when your order is placed. Although we do our best to ensure smooth delivery at the given time, we can't be held liable for timing issues when third-party delivery services fail to meet your project timeline once the project is shipped from our location. However, we are always happy to offer reasonable support if you experience difficulties.

Order Cancellation and Penalty

You can cancel your order up to final design approval and payment. After production, you won't be able to cancel because our products are made to order. If you cancel after we've begun design work but before manufacturing, we may deduct a design fee from any refundable amount to cover our costs associated with the time, materials, and resources we used to produce your project.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of our product range, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except when:

You receive an incorrect item(s)
The product arrives defective or damaged
The final product you receive does not match your approved artwork.

In these instances:

You must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your product.
You will need to send pictures and a written description of the issue.
We will assess your request and may issue a free reprint or partial/full refund.
Refunds will be provided back to you within 7 business days using the same payment methods.

Please note: We hold the authority to refuse refunds on minor color/thickness/or texture variations due to the nature of the Patches manufacturing process.

Design Owner & Usage

You will always retain ownership of the custom designs you submit to us. We do not reproduce or use your artwork for anyone else unless:

You have provided us with written consent.
It is a design we created in-house and provided to you.
We reserve the right to show images of completed products in our portfolio or social media solely for display or promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, please inform us in writing.

User-Submitted Content

We may use it for marketing purposes, any reviews, comments, testimonials, etc., you post or send us as long as it doesn't include confidential or copyrighted material. All content you submit or post grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for business.

Limitation of Liability

Although we make every effort to provide you with superior service on every order, Custompatches.uk will not be responsible for:

Delay by the courier or customs
Slight differences in colour or size
Any loss relating to or resulting from the use or misuse of our products
Defects in your design or submitted artwork
Our responsibility under this warranty, if any, is restricted firmly to the purchase price of the goods received. Custompatches.uk will not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not have any specific warranties for:

The suitability of our patches for specific use cases (e.g., medical uniforms, combat environments).

Uninterrupted access to our site or services.

Accurate color matching across digital and physical mediums.

Although we strive to always meet your expectations, there are factors we cannot control and will not be held responsible for (like the accuracy of a monitor's colors or courier booking timelines).

Suspension or Termination

We hold the authority to suspend or cease your access to our website or services at any time (and without notice) if we believe:

You have breached these terms,
Your use of the App is fraudulent,
Your actions may cause us reputational harm or harm to our systems or other customers,
And such actions may be taken at any time without notice if we are required to protect the business or comply with a legal obligation of ours.

Force Majeure
